Helpful tips and Reminders:::::::::

– Reminder membership cards are on sale, online at our website until 9/1. These are $20 and the link to buy online is here: https://wrvaa.org/product/wrvaa-membership/

– There are 4 Ticket Gate Locations

-Gates open 7AM Thursday to Sunday

-2024 Quilt Raffle during the show, tickets are $1 per ticket or 6 tickets for $5. Tickets can be purchased at the White building & Candle Shop 🕯You can also purchase these raffle tickets online at our Website, link directly to that is: https://wrvaa.org/shop/

-Memorial Benches: $150 and will be placed on the grounds of where we have our show. Mail money and info to WRVAA PO BOX 411, Odon, Indiana 47562; deadline is July 20th to have it displayed for this years show.

-TRAILER PARKING: ALL empty trailers MUST use the trailer parking lot located East of the the Engine Building near the interstate 69. We will have signs 🪧

-Flea Market Vendors: Insurance is NOT required. $80 for 20×20 spots. POC is Karen Dove @812-254-8801 and the application is here on our website too: https://wrvaa.org/show-flea-market/

-No Golf Carts allowed in Flea Market Area – Foot traffic only

– You MUST have a membership card to be an exhibitor or flea market (sell stuff). You must fill out the flea market application online and mail it in before the deadline listed on the application.

-PERSONAL Golf Carts and PERSONAL ATVs are allowed but you MUST bring proof of insurance (insurance card & ID), sign the waiver, and pay the registration fee ($20) at the Riding Vehicle booth during the show – located at Gate 4 & Indian Street.
-17 & younger MUST have a helmet for ATVs per Indiana Law.
-Size limit for riding is 64″, measured at widest. point of vehicle.

Golf Cart Reservations

-Golf Cart Rentals MUST be reserved from our vendor, P&P Golf Cars at 317-831-4283 please ask for Stephanie or you can email to reserve at:

-Daily Rental Pricing is $60 for 2 passenger golf carts & $80 for 4 passenger golf carts, CASH only.
-18 years or older only can rent
-Insurance coverage is included with rental agreement
-The P&P Golf Rental Booth will be located by the playground area by Gate 1
-No deposit is required to reserve the golf cart, you will show up to the booth & pay then after signing rental agreement.

-WRVAA Scholarship Info – please get details from the information booth during the show.
