Food Vendors

The Vendor agrees to the following terms:
1. Fee structure $100.00 minimum fee or 10% of gross whichever is greater.
2. Vendor to make a full accounting, along with payment, no later than 8 days after the close of the Show. Failure to pay by due date will result in a 10% late fee to be added.
3. Vendor will not be permitted to bring their vehicle into Show area between the hours of 7:00am and 7:00pm. The Directors will transport supplies in for you. You can ask any Director for help.
4. Vendors will police their area for trash and the Show will provide trash pickup.
5. Vendors will supply their own tables if needed.
6. Vendors will be responsible for getting their employees into the Show.
7. Vendor’s location will be at the discretion of WRVAA.
8. WRVAA reserves the right to refuse vendors to return in the event that any of these terms are not adhered to.
9. Each vendor will be responsible for their county health inspection.
10. Vendors will be responsible for any injury to their personnel and/or employees and will not hold WRVAA liable.
Vendors will be notified by WRVAA as to whether they have been accepted.
